We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the efficient, safe, and high-quality operation of our client's plant. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage a team of Supervisors and production personnel across a multi-shift system, ensuring that production targets are met while continuously driving improvements in performance, safety, and quality.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence operations in a business that is thriving and highly respected in its field.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A background in manufacturing, ideally in chemicals or a similar sector

  • Experience managing direct reports and leading shift-based teams

  • Working knowledge of ISO systems and health & safety (NEBOSH or IOSH preferred)

  • A degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (desirable but not essential)
