What is the role?

Your main duties will be:
· Designing and Commissioning hazard assessments and HAZOPs
· Ensuring all work is done in compliance with Statutory Regulations and Codes of Practice
· Collaborating with Project engineering to develop the plants design
· Provide expertise to Process Improvement Groups and the Research Department to develop new and existing processes
· Oversee targets and budgets and advise other engineers, customers, contractors and consultants of technical matters
The qualifications you should have:
· A Chemical Engineering degree, as a minimum
Advantages you may have:
· Experience in developing or improving new/existing processes
· On plant experience with trouble shooting skills
· COMAH regulations
· Experience in DSEAR methodology
· Experience in SIL and LOPA Assessments
Permanent position, Immediate Start, up to £60k depending on experience.
