Are you an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist, looking to join a growing company?

Do you have experience with UK REACH, CLP and BPR?

If so then this could be the job for you! This is a great opportunity to join a company with many options to grow and progress your career. This role requires someone who is confident to lead the UK Regulations with the support of colleagues based in the US.

This is a remote role with a requirement to visit site at least once a month (all travel and accommodation is expensed)

What are the responsibilities?

Manage and maintain the EU, GB and EMEA regulations and authorisations of biocidal products. Submission, maintenance, changes and renewals for products under EU BPR, GB BPR and other EMEA regulationsIUCLID dossier build, use of R4BP, preparation of SPCs, submission of IUCLID dossiers, preparation and submission of Poison Centre NotificationsMaintain compliance with other chemical regulations e.g., REACH, CLP, Detergents, as applicable for product range

Who are they looking for?

Experience with Biocides Regulations (BPR) Experience with CLP, REACH, SDS authoring and regulatory labelling Proficient using IUCLID and R4BP

This is an opportunity to join as a European Regulatory Specialist with the following responsibilities:

Authoring and management of SDS for the company in compliance with UK and International regulationsEnsuring compliance with various regulations relate to the company business including, UK and EU REACH, GB and EU CLP and PICCompiling Poison Centre Notifications Dossiers and maintaining compliance with Member State requirementsMonitoring currently used chemicals for risk analysis on future regulatory actions or restrictions.Advising logistics team on compliance with dangerous goods legislation for transportation of goods.Managing relationship with consulting firms on regulatory matters.Collaborate with R&D teams on regulatory review of new material or product developments.Collaborate with supply chain on vendor relationship management for obtaining regulatory information.Utilise the company operating system ways of working in all relevant tasks and projects.

BSc Chemistry, Toxicology or relevant Experience working within Regulations Functional understanding of GHS/REACH standard and authoring UK and International SDSExperience in creating and filing necessary paperwork for compliance with GB HSE and EU ECHA regulations
