Our client, a batch manufacturer of polymer resins, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and safety culture across their COMAH-regulated site.

Your Impact

You'll oversee all health, safety, and environmental operations, including:

Managing ISO 45001 & 14001 systems

Leading audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments

Overseeing COSHH, emergency response, and site fire safety

Supporting process safety (HAZOP, LOPA, ALARP)

Managing the site environmental permit and regulatory liaison

Promoting best practice and green chemistry principles

We're looking for a Production Area Coordinator to take responsibility for ensuring the production, yard, and compound areas are maintained to the highest standards. Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you'll support loading/unloading of road tankers, manage housekeeping across site, and help coordinate day-to-day materials handling and stock management.

This is a hands-on, full-time permanent role that's critical to our operations; and a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic manufacturing business.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a chemical or process industry (COMAH site experience desirable)

Ability to follow instructions, manage stock, and handle materials safely

Forklift Truck experience (valid licence preferred)

Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset

Willingness to comply with safety protocols and maintain PPE standards

A flexible, hands-on approach to working in a fast-paced environment
