We're Hiring: Plant Manager
Location: Preston
We're working exclusively with a leading manufacturer of chemical adhesives and coatings, who are looking for an experienced and driven Plant Manager to lead their production operations and support our continued growth. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the plant and ensuring that the highest possible output standards are maintained.
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are metLead, develop, and motivate a small, skilled production teamChampion continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and qualityFoster a culture of teamwork, trust, and high performanceEnsure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team-building skillsProven track record in driving continuous improvementDeep understanding of quality control and process optimisation
